Wendy and all of Neil’s family can be justifiably proud of his professional legacy. Noted by so many for his devotion to his work supporting the amenity horticulture, groundcare, landscaping and arb sector, particularly to establish and encourage best practices for safe use of pesticides and equipment, as well as controlling invasive species (his roots truly did infiltrate everywhere, just like Japanese Knotweed!) through his tireless training and (international) Committee work, and always being willing to share his extensive knowledge.
After being treated to a sup of brandy at his Memorial (from a 60 year old bottle of brandy that Neil was saving for the occasion!), l will be saying my own private “See Ya” to Neil, sitting in my garden with a generous glass of brandy.
Cheers Mate. Thanks for all you did, for me and countless other people - and will continue to do so. 🥃
